The word Sovereign is not chosen lightly. It is a theological declaration — an acknowledgment that the 30-year journey of FLOCK Church was not the product of human planning alone. Apostle Anthony J. Hatcher and Pastor Charlene Hatcher founded this church on the conviction that God's purposes cannot be thwarted.
