Bishop Anthony & Pastor Charlene are the Senior Apostle and Senior Pastors of the FLOCK.  They have served in ministry together for over 40 years.  They have a passion to establish strong leaders by helping them to realize and activate the giftings God has placed in their lives.  The Lord sent them to Florida to establish their headquarters as a training center for leaders from around the world.
